general contractor?

With a general contractor, you as the builder already have an architect or a finished plan and you are looking for someone to carry out the construction for you.

The GU takes care of the following for you:

  • The complete construction

  • The coordination of all craftsmen and subcontractors

  • Responsibility for deadlines and quality during the construction phase


But:
The planning remains your responsibility. This means: you commission and control architects, specialist planners, etc. yourself - or have already done so.

When is this good for you?
If you like to be involved in planning, perhaps already have an architect and would like to retain control over design and decisions.
