Chalet Grintil - living with a view of the Eiger north face

With the Chalet GRINTIL, a stylish residential and holiday property is being created in the heart of Grindelwald that combines modern living comfort with Alpine architecture. Located in the immediate vicinity of Grindelwald Dorf train station, the building combines a central location with spectacular views: every apartment offers an incomparable view of the world-famous north face of the Eiger.

Construction started in 2024 and completion is planned for 2025. The project includes both first homes and high-quality holiday apartments - a future-oriented contribution to the creation of living space in the village center.

Architecturally, the Chalet GRINTIL impresses with its dark wooden facade, which blends harmoniously into the alpine surroundings. The interior design combines clear lines and elegant color schemes: the staircases and corridors are decorated in pink, gray and anthracite tones, with railings, fittings and door frames accented in anthracite gray. The living spaces are presented in light gray and white tones, while the attic with light wooden ceilings creates a warm, natural atmosphere.
