Guggengasse project - alpine living with a view of the Eiger north face
The beautiful multi-family chalet «Steinbilla» is being built at Guggengasse 36 in Grindelwald, in which a total of three residential units will be built – a first home and two second homes.
The three high-quality planned apartments are characterized by well-thought-out floor plans, modern architecture in Alpine style and high-quality interior fittings. Bright living and dining areas with an open kitchen create an inviting living ambience. Spacious terraces or balconies offer a fantastic view of the impressive mountain panorama of Grindelwald. Details such as a planned Swedish stove (depending on the apartment), en suite bathroom, practical dressing areas and sufficient storage space also ensure a special quality of living.
Each apartment has its own laundry room or cellar compartment. A shared ski room is available to all parties in the house - equipped with a boot dryer, ski holder and bench. If desired, the respective cellar compartment can also be used as a private ski room.
Each of the three residential units also has its own garage box.
The chalet is expected to be completed by the end of 2025.
